TDI oil seal
TDI type shaft sealing ring is composed of a high-performance polyurethane U-shaped oil seal and a PTFE slip ring added with bronze powder. Its special design can reduce the friction at the root of the oil seal and reduce the residual oil carried out of the piston rod. Used in conjunction with a single-acting wiper ring. There is interference at the PTFE ring, and it will generate stronger pressure on the piston rod after being subjected to oil pressure. Its function is similar to the step seal, so sometimes a single TDI oil seal can replace the main oil seal + buffer ring.
