Iron shell oil seal
The TB iron shell oil seal is the exposed skeleton oil seal. Compared with the inner skeleton oil seal, the iron shell oil seal has the characteristics of good rigidity, easy installation, safe use, accurate positioning, high coaxiality, good heat conduction and heat dissipation, and saving glue. The outer skeleton oil seal is the centerless grinding of the skeleton of the oil seal to improve the coaxiality of the outer wheel and the inner wheel after the oil seal is assembled, thereby improving the dynamic sealing accuracy of the skeleton oil seal and better preventing oil leakage. The outer frame oil seal requires higher installation machining accuracy. Rubber and plastic material: nitrile rubber (letters represent NBR) heat-resistant 120 degrees, good oil resistance, EPDM rubber (letters represent EPDM) heat-resistant 150 degrees, not oil-resistant silicone material (letters represent VMQ) heat-resistant 220 degrees oil-resistant general poly4 Fluoroethylene (letters represent PTFE), heat-resistant 280 degrees, good oil resistance, fluorine rubber (letters represent FKM), heat-resistant 200 degrees, good oil resistance, polyurethane (letters represent PU), heat-resistant and 90 degrees wear-resistant.
